I have tried to brew gluten free beer and it’s ok, but I get a metallic taste and I have read that it’s very common when you use Sorghum, how you get rid of that?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13087666074009151312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607662655083892404.post-34374515655971200342017-01-24T20:17:12.352-08:002017-01-24T20:17:12.352-08:00Hi Tim,

A few times I've thought about partial or all grain but I've decided that I don't think it's worth the effort. I have never been bowled over by an all grain gluten free beer.

If you haven't already, hit this bloke up on facebook. He's well versed in all grain gluten free beers. https://www.facebook.com/grants.homebrew/ BrewMan101https://www.blogger.com/profile/06323310459171265505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607662655083892404.post-6448443684838098462017-01-24T15:03:41.584-08:002017-01-24T15:03:41.584-08:00Hi BrewMan, I'm new to homebrewing and will be...Hi BrewMan, I'm new to homebrewing and will be doing lots of GF (Coeliacs in the family). It seems most of your brews are Sorghum Syrup based, do you do any partial / all grain beers and do you have any tips. It might be easier to email, but I couldn't find a "contact" on you blog. Is there one? or perhaps a FB site that I can PM you through? Cheers Tim. Even with double the maltodextrine added by mistake - maybe that's an improvement - I haven't tried with the normal amount :)Bruce Patersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11249768642536599798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607662655083892404.post-31736848083393366212016-11-03T17:27:21.818-07:002016-11-03T17:27:21.818-07:00Great colour - how's it taste :)Great colour - how's it taste :)Bruce Patersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11249768642536599798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607662655083892404.post-38556932409556066982016-07-12T08:43:41.326-07:002016-07-12T08:43:41.326-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01442704754955225247noreply@blogger.com
